Ingredients:
– Kohlrabi, peeled, cut into approx. 5mm thick slices
– GmüesGwürz
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– White flour
– 2 eggs
– Breadcrumbs
Season the kohlrabi slices and roll them in white flour, then roll them in the egg and finally turn them again in the breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan with a little butter and slowly fry the breaded kohlrabi on both sides.
Serve with a salad or pasta.
