Order & Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
From a purchase value of CHF 29.– we deliver your order free of charge. If your purchase value is lower, shipping only costs CHF 8.90. All our orders are sent via Swiss Post.
Tip: Combine several of your favorite spices or try a set - this way you save shipping costs and always have the right spices in the house.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We know you want to get your spices in your hands as quickly as possible. That's why we usually ship your order on the same day or the following day. Shipping time with Swiss Post takes 1-3 days.
Once yours has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Can I return my order if something doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer you the right to return or exchange the products offered.
Upon receipt, please check your order immediately for completeness, accuracy and any damage. Document any transport damage (photos) and contact us as quickly as possible (within 5 working days) with your order number Email with us.
Which payment methods can you use to order?
At Stedy We offer you a variety of different payment methods:

Do I have to create a customer account?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, if you would like to view your order history or take advantage of benefits, we recommend a customer account.
What if I haven't received an order confirmation?
Please check your spam folder first.
If you really haven't received a confirmation, please contact us with your order number or name so we can check.
What if the package arrives damaged or lost?
Upon receipt, please check your order immediately for completeness, accuracy and any damage. Document any transport damage (photos) and contact us as quickly as possible (within 5 working days) with your order number Email with us.

How will Stedy Products manufactured?
We only use fresh, high-quality ingredients for our spices in order to preserve their intense taste and full aromas. This creates a product that perfectly combines nature and quality.
Since our founding, our spices have been freshly bottled by hand in Switzerland every day, in keeping with the old manufacturing tradition.
Furthermore are Stedy Spices sealed with a special aroma protection so you can enjoy the full taste and freshness every time you open them. Quality you can taste!
Are Stedy Products vegan and free of palm oil?
Yes, our spice blends are all palm oil-free so that you can enjoy them sustainably. Many of our products are labeled as vegan; please pay attention to the product detail page.
Are Stedy Lactose-free products?
Our spices are all lactose-free, so you can season and enjoy without any worries. Perfect for your conscious diet.
Are Stedy Gluten-free products?
With a few exceptions, our spices are gluten-free, so you can enjoy them worry-free. Just look at the labeling of the individual products on the product page.
What is the best way to store spices?
To ensure that your spices stay fresh and aromatic for a long time, we recommend storing them as follows:
- Store in a dry and dark place - i.e. not directly next to the hard drive or by the window
- Keep cool - room temperature is ideal, but not in the fridge
- Seal airtight
This means you can retain the full intensity of the scent and taste and enjoy your spices for longer.
Why do some spices clump?
Since we deliberately avoid using artificial separating agents, our spices can occasionally stick together a bit; completely natural as they absorb moisture from the environment. However, the small lumps can be easily broken up with a spoon or gently shaking the shaker and the full aroma is retained. This quality feature is typical of high-quality spice manufacturers.
Vouchers, discounts & promotions
Are there volume discounts or sets?
Yes, there is! You receive attractive volume discounts and see them on the product page. You'll also find practical sets and gift ideas - ideal for trying out several of your favorite spices at once.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Typically only one discount or voucher code is applicable per order. as is usual with many online shops.
Are there regular promotions or special offers?
Yes, we will inform you via newsletter (it's worth subscribing!), social media and on the website when there are promotions, new launches or discount campaigns.
