Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To safeguard the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the matter is sufficient. The revocation must be sent to:

Revocation
In the case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides are to be returned and, if necessary, issue uses (e.g., interest). If you can not return the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us if necessary. In the provision of things, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is attributable exclusively to their exam - as they would have been possible for them in the retail business. Transportable items are to be sent back. Non-packable items are picked up with them. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 francs or if you have not yet contracted at a higher price of the item at the time of the cancellation have provided agreed partial payment.
