Ingredients:
– 4 cervelats, peeled, halved and sliced
– ½ pepperoni, cut into cubes
– 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
– 2 tbsp mustard
– 2 tbsp herbal vinegar
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Chives
Mix the ingredients from mustard to chives together and pour over the prepared cervelat salad and mix.
Depending on your preference, add vinegar or oil to the sauce.
