Ingredients:

– remaining focaccia bread from the day before
– Stedy’s freeze-dried garlic
– Olive oil

Cut the focaccia into slices, about 1.5cm thick and place on a baking tray.
Mix the garlic with a little olive oil and spread it on both sides of the bread slices.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 12-15 minutes until crispy.
Halfway through the baking time, turn the chips once.
Either enjoy the chips as is or with a little sour cream or a fine dipping sauce.
