Ingredients:

– 1 bunch of green asparagus
– fresh parmesan
– Olive oil
– GmüesGwürz
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer

Wash the asparagus and remove the bottom 4cm.
Then peel the bottom half, brush it with the oil and season with the spices.
Bake on a baking mat or in an aluminum tray on the grill (approx. 15 minutes) at 180 degrees.

Remove from grill and serve as quickly as possible.
Sprinkle with a little fresh Parmesan if desired.
