Ingredients:
– 5dl full cream
– 1 tbsp Härdöpfel spice
Stir the cream and the Härdöpfel spice with a whisk until it starts to become fluffy and the buttermilk comes out. The buttermilk can be collected and drunk.
Then put the butter in a bowl, pour ice water over it and cool, kneading until all the buttermilk is gone and the butter is solid.
Mold the butter into portions, fill it into jars, etc…
Then be sure to cool it well and only enjoy it after a few hours.
Please note that this is a recipe for salted butter and goes perfectly with pretzel bread or as an aperitif.
