Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Härdöpfel spice
- Salad seasoning
- Meat spice
- Pizza/pasta seasoning
- SchtiekHuusPfäffer
- Tomato spice
- Raclette/ fondue spices
- Härdöpfelgwürz
- Olive oil
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, then pat dry lightly with household paper.
Mix the chickpeas with a very little oil (as a spice glue, so to speak) and with the desired mixture Stedy Season with spices.
Now roast the seasoned chickpeas in a preheated oven at around 160° degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. At the end the peas should have a golden brown color.
