Ingredients:

– 200g Gruyère
– fresh herbs thyme, basil or oregano
– 500g white flour
– Härdöpfel spice
– CheeseGwürz
– 1 pack of dry yeast
– 2.5 – 3dl milk water
– 1 egg

Grate the cheese finely and put it in a bowl.
Add the herbs, flour, spices and dry yeast and mix everything together. When the mixture is well mixed, add the milk water and egg and knead everything into a smooth dough.

If the dough is too dry, add water or milk; if it is too runny, simply knead some flour into it.
Cover and let the dough rise until double (approx. 1.5-2 hours).

Then form rolls and bake in the middle of the oven at approx. 180 degrees.
Baking time varies depending on the size of the rolls.
After baking, let cool on a rack.
