Ingredients:
- 3dl vegetable bouillon
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp SchtiekHuusPfäffer
- 1 tbsp Härdöpfel spice
Heat the butter in a pot and sauté it with the SchtiekHuusPfäffer. Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the sour cream and flour and stir in with a whisk until a creamy sauce is formed.
Depending on your needs, add a little salt to the sauce with the Härdöpfel spice or, to intensify the taste, add a little SchtiekHuusPfäffer.
