Ingredients:
– 3 dl milk
– 100g dessert spice
– 120g mascarpone
– 3dl cream, whipped until stiff
– 200g fresh strawberries, slightly crushed
Heat the milk and dessert spice until the dessert spice is dissolved.
Remove the dessert spice milk from the heat and fold in the mascarpone.
Place in the refrigerator and let it cool down.
Fold the whipped cream into the cooled mixture and mix in the crushed strawberries.
Pour the liquid ice cream mixture into a container or pour it into ice cream stick molds and freeze until the ice cream is frozen through.
