Ingredients:
– 6 slices of bread
– 150g bacon cubes
– 2 spring onions
– 1 crème fraîche
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
Cut the spring onions into fine rings and mix with the bacon and the crème fraîche.
Season with our fine spices and spread the mixture on the bread slices.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180° for about 12-15 minutes.
