Ingredients:

– 3 garlic pressed
– Butter
– 2.5kg diced tomatoes
– 2dl vegetable bouillon
– 3 tsp sugar
– Tomato spice
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer

Fry the garlic with a little butter.
Add the diced tomatoes and steam briefly. Add the other ingredients such as: stock, sugar and spices and let simmer.
After about 40 minutes, puree the sauce and season again.

Fresh basil really rounds off the taste of the sauce.
