Ingredients:
– 200g zucchini cut into julienne
– 150g raw potatoes, also cut into julienne
– 150g carrots cut into julienne
– 1 egg
– fresh herbs
– GmüesGwürz
– Härdöpfel spice
Briefly sauté all the vegetables in a pan, mix together and let cool.
When the vegetables have cooled, add the egg and season with the spices.
Form the vegetable julienne mixture into a burger and fry it in a pan.
Serve with a salad or a piece of meat.
Also ideal for burger buns.
