
Veggie burger
Ingredients:
- 200g zucchetti cut in Julienne
- 150g cats raw, also sliced in Julienne
- 150g carrots sliced in Julienne
- 1 egg
- fresh herbs
- Greeting
- Härdöpflwürz
Briefly sauté all vegetables in a pan, mix with each other and allow to cool.
When the vegetables are cooled to give the egg and season with the spices.
The vegetables Julienne mixture to form a burger and fry in a pan.
Serve with a salad or a piece of meat.
Also is ideal for the Burger rolls.
