Customer in focus
We love our fans and personally do everything we can to increase them. A good approach is trade fairs and exhibitions. 1:1 in front of the customer, never behind the stand and never sitting. Those were our specifications.
We took over the construction of the trade fair ourselves and became increasingly more efficient and better. During our peak, we attended over 16 trade fairs a year throughout German-speaking Switzerland, with the highlight always being the OLMA in St. Gallen.
We managed around 16 of them with ours Stedy Team throughout German-speaking Switzerland. It was important to us that we didn't have strangers at the stand, but only employees and fans Stedy were on site. It was less about "quick" easy sales and more about "We're making more fans all over Switzerland".
With a call from EDEKA Bauer (Konstanz) we were surprisingly offered a test market in Germany. We are still able to serve EDEKA Bauer today and are ensuring that there are more and more enthusiastic customers there too, not just among Swiss customers Stedy Fans. However, due to the complicated logistics and customs clearance from Switzerland to the EU, we did not expand this market any further.
