- For BBQs, Sunday roast, raclette or table grill.
- Coat the meat, marinate larger pieces the evening before.
- Recommended quantity: approx. 70 g marinade per kilo meat.
Application ideas:
- Poulette wing: Massify with marinade in a bag, then grill, bake or fry-wow effect guaranteed!
- Roast beef: Brush in with the marinade, let it move in for 48 hours and "vice versa" in the oven. For the perfect roasted staroma: fry briefly.
