How much are the shipping costs?
From a purchase value of CHF 49.– we deliver your order free of charge. If your purchase value is lower, shipping only costs CHF 8.90. All our orders are sent via Swiss Post.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We know you want to get your spices in your hands as quickly as possible. That's why we usually ship your order on the same day or the following day. Shipping time with Swiss Post takes 1-3 days.

Can I return my order if something doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer you the right to return or exchange the products offered.
