Ingredients:

– 200g bacon slices cut into strips
– ½ cup of crème fraîche
– 100g grated cheese
– 1 puff pastry
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
– Raclette/ fondue spices
– 1 egg

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares of equal size.

For the filling; Mix the bacon, the crème fraîche and season with the Härdöpfel spice and the SchtikHuus pepper. Place the filling with a tablespoon in the middle of the puff pastry squares. Now brush the edge of the puff pastry with a little water and fold it up so that the filling is well sealed all around. You can create beautiful patterns on the edge with a fork if you press the edge very delicately with the tip.

Place the pockets on a baking tray, brush with egg and sprinkle with a little cheese.
If necessary, sprinkle some raclette/fondue spice over the cheese and bake at 200° for 15-20 minutes.
