Ingredients:
– 4 thin beef patties
– 8 slices of bacon
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– Mustard
– fresh herbs, finely chopped
– Carrots, cut into strips about 1cm thick
– Fried butter
– Meat seasoning
– Salt
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
Mix the onions and herbs in a bowl.
Place the meat on a plate, spread with mustard and top with 2 slices of bacon.
Top with 2-3 carrot strips and add 2 teaspoons of the onion and herb mixture and spread well.
Now roll up the meat with the filling and secure it with toothpicks.
Cover and simmer the meat birds in a gravy over a low heat for about 50-55 minutes.
