Ingredients:

– 1 Camembert
– 1 round puff pastry
– 6 slices of bacon
– 1 egg yolk
– Raclette/ fondue spices

Cut the Camembert open and season with the raclette/fondue seasoning, then put it back together and wrap it with the bacon slices until the cheese is completely wrapped in the bacon.
Now wrap the Camembert nicely with the puff pastry and hide the ends under the cheese (if necessary cut it to size).

Place the cheese on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 180° for about 20-30 minutes.
When the cheese is nice and golden brown, remove it from the oven and enjoy immediately.
