Ingredients:
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 150g soft butter
– 3 eggs
– 200g flour
– 2dl milk
– 3 tbsp dessert spice
– fresh cherries
Mix baking powder, butter and eggs into a foamy mixture and add one egg after the other and stir in as well.
Add the flour, milk and dessert seasoning and mix until smooth.
If you want, you can also add fresh fruit to the dough.
Pour the dough into a cake tin and bake at 180° degrees for about 35-40 minutes, if necessary covering the cake occasionally.
