Ingredients:
– 1kg carrots, grated
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Mix the ingredients well and season with the spices.
Now add the carrots and mix with the sauce.
Taste again and serve or refrigerate.
