Ingredients:
- 1kg carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Härdöpfel spice
- SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Mix the ingredients well and season with the spices. Now add the carrots and mix with the sauce. Taste again and serve or refrigerate.
