Ingredients:

  • 1kg carrots, grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Härdöpfel spice
  • SchtiekHuusPfäffer

Mix the ingredients well and season with the spices. Now add the carrots and mix with the sauce. Taste again and serve or refrigerate.
