Ingredients:
- 500g tortellini, ready to serve
- 5dl cream
- 200g bacon or ham, sliced
- Parmesan
- Nutmeg
- Härdöpfel spice
- SchteikHuusPfäffer
Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente. Briefly fry the bacon in a pan, then add the cream and let it simmer a little, add the tortellini and mix.
Season with the Parmesan, nutmeg, Härdöpfel spice, SchtiekHuusPfäffer and serve hot.
