Ingredients:

  • 500g tortellini, ready to serve
  • 5dl cream
  • 200g bacon or ham, sliced
  • Parmesan
  • Nutmeg
  • Härdöpfel spice
  • SchteikHuusPfäffer

Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente. Briefly fry the bacon in a pan, then add the cream and let it simmer a little, add the tortellini and mix.

Season with the Parmesan, nutmeg, Härdöpfel spice, SchtiekHuusPfäffer and serve hot.
