Ingredients:

  • 4 cervelats, peeled, halved and sliced
  • ½ pepperoni, cut into cubes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Härdöpfel spice
  • SchtiekHuusPfäffer
  • Chives

Mix the ingredients from mustard to chives together and pour over the prepared cervelat salad and mix.

Depending on your preference, add vinegar or oil to the sauce.
