Ingredients:
- 2 onions finely chopped
- little rapeseed oil
- 1 slice of bread from the previous day
- fresh herbs chopped
- 500 g chicken mince
- 1 egg
- GüggeliGwürz
- SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Sauté the onions in a frying pan with a little oil and set aside.
Separate the edge of the bread and soften it with a little water, then squeeze it out.
Now mix the chicken mince with the onions, bread, herbs and egg and knead into a nice mass and season with the spices.
Then form into small balls (4cm diameter) and fry them in the pan or, if necessary, let them simmer gently in a sauce until the meat is cooked through.
