Ingredients:
– 4 slices of bread (approx. 1cm thick)
– 4 slices of raclette cheese of your choice
– Raclette/ fondue spices
– White wine
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a little white wine (only the top layer of the bread should be wet...).
Now place the cheese on the bread and season with our raclette/fondue spice.
If you like, you can also add our freeze-dried garlic on top for a subtle garlic note.
Then bake the raclette bread in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
