Ingredients:
– Cut 1 carrot into rings
– Cut 1 leek into rings
– Cherry tomatoes halved
– ½ zucchini cut into small pieces
– some cream cheese
– GmüesGwürz
– Puff pastry
– 1 egg
Steam the vegetables in a pan in a little oil, mix with a little cream cheese and season with the GmüesGwürz.
Let the vegetable mixture cool slightly.
Cut the puff pastry into approx. 10x10cm pieces and cover with the vegetable mixture, cover with a second piece of puff pastry (if the dough doesn't hold well, just use a little egg as glue).
Place all squares on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with egg.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
