Ingredients:

– 1 rectangular puff pastry
– 250g grated cheese, of your choice
– Raclette/ fondue spices
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
– 1 egg yolk

Cut the puff pastry into strips approx. 2 cm wide, but do not take them apart yet.
Then spread the cheese over it and season to your liking.

Remove one strip at a time, twist them slightly and place them on a baking tray that has already been lined with baking foil.
Carefully brush with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for +/- 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the puff pastry is golden brown.
