Ingredients:
– 200g cream cheese
– 150g butter
– 80g powdered sugar
– 3 tbsp strawberry jam
– Dessert spice
Prepare and bake the muffins as usual, the choice of flavor doesn't play a big role.
For the frosting, all the ingredients are mixed together and mixed in the mixer for a few minutes.
Then fill the frosting into a piping bag and use a star nozzle to pipe it onto the muffins as you wish.
Finally, sprinkle some dessert spice on the frosting and refrigerate immediately.
Tip:
The butter should be at room temperature and the cream cheese drained as well as possible so that the mixture does not become too runny.
If it is still too soft, simply thicken it with a little powdered sugar.
