Cookies

Ingredients:

– 130g butter
– 45g dessert spice
– 150g sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 egg
– 200g chocolate cubes
– 180g flour
– ½ tsp baking powder

Stir the butter until peaks form.
Add the dessert spices, sugar, salt, egg and the chocolate cubes and stir until the mixture is light.
Finally, lightly and carefully stir the flour and baking powder into the dough.
Now use a tablespoon to pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
(Attention: enough space between the cookies)!
Then bake in the middle of the oven at 175° degrees.
