Ingredients:
– various vegetables
...cut according to your choice
– some oil
– 2dl water
– GmüesGwürz
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
Heat some oil in a pan and add the vegetables.
Turn the vegetables in the pan regularly.
After about 3 minutes, add the water and cook the vegetables until soft.
When there is still water left and the vegetables are finished cooking, simply drain them.
Season with the spices listed and serve with meat, fish or pasta.
