Ingredients:
– 1 freshly baked baguette
– 120g cream cheese
– 150g grated cheese
– fresh herbs, finely chopped
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Cut out a kind of wedge on the top of the baguette and press the inside a little to the side with your hands so that a “channel” is created.
Make a mixture with the cream cheese, the grated cheese, the herbs and the spices and pour it into the bread with a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at around 200 degrees for around 10 minutes.
