Ingredients:
– 1 kg boiling potatoes, cut into wedges
– 1 lemon, cut into 10-12 pieces
– Härdöpfel spice
– Olive oil
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Mix the potatoes well with the lemon wedges, the Härdöpfel spice, olive oil and the SchtiekHuusPfäffer and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Now bake the potatoes at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Turn the potato wedges occasionally so that they become nice and crispy on all sides.
