Ingredients:

– 1 freshly baked baguette
– 1 cream cheese
– 100g bacon cubes
– fresh herbs, chopped
– 3 tbsp crème fraîche
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer

Bake the freshly baked baguette in the oven according to the package instructions.
Then take the bread out of the oven and let it cool on a rack, cut off the corners and hollow out the bread with a cellar.

Mix the soft bread with the cream cheese, the bacon cubes, the crème fraîche and the herbs. Season with spices if necessary.
It's best to pour the mixture into a piping bag and fill the bread on both sides.

The bread can be served straight away or refrigerated first - depending on your needs.
