Ingredients:

– 1 cake dough round
– 400g fondue
– 1 grated apple
– CheeseGwürz
– Nutmeg

Casting:
– 1dl half cream
– 1dl sweet cider
– 2 eggs

Place the dough into a loaf pan and prick with a fork.
Mix the fondue mixture with the grated apple and season with the spices, then spread over the dough.

For the icing, mix all the ingredients together and pour over the cheese mixture.
Bake the cake in the oven at 180° for 30-40 minutes (until the color is nice and brown).

Additional ingredients can be added as desired, such as:
– Cherry tomatoes
– Bacon
– Herbs
– Vegetables
