Ingredients:
- 2 whole zucchini, grated
- approx. 1 tsp Härdöpfel spice
- Parmesan
- 5 eggs, whisked
- SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
- GmüesSpice
- Fried butter
Mix the grated zucchini with the Härdöpfel spice, let it steep a little and then pour off the juice. Mix the zucchini and parmesan and press them into a burger shape with your hands, place on a plate and season with the Gmües spice and the SchtiekHuus pepper.
Dip the pads in flour, then in the egg mixture and bake on a low level over medium heat in butter until golden brown.
