Ingredients:
- 500g croissants
- Härdöpfel spice
- 2dl cream
- 100g mountain cheese, grated
- SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
- Fried onions
Cook the croissants in boiling HärdöpfelGwürz water until al dente, drain and set aside.
Let the cream warm up in a pan, add the croissants and bring to the boil.
Pour the cheese over the crescents and mix everything well until the cheese has melted nicely, season with the spices and pour into plates.
As a decoration, add some fried onions over the cheese croissants and serve.
