Ingredients:

– Gingerbread dough from the retailer
– 200g powdered sugar
– fresh egg whites

Process the dough as directed on the package.
Cut out different motifs, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 13 minutes at 180° degrees, then let them cool on a wire rack.

When the cookies are cold, mix the powdered sugar with the egg whites to create a thick glaze.

Spread the icing over the gingerbread with a brush or decorate with a piping bag. Before the icing is dry, sprinkle some dessert spice over it.
