Chocolate bananas

Ingredients:

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 packet of black chocolate, warm in a water bath
- Dessert spice
- Wooden stick (like water ice cream)

Slowly heat the chocolate in a water bath, peel the bananas, cut them in half and skewer them on the cut side on a wooden skewer.

Place the chocolates in a narrow, tall dish and dip the bananas in it, remove them and place them on a rack and sprinkle with a little dessert spice, then let them dry on a rack.
Alternatively, the bananas can also be placed in the refrigerator.
