Ingredients:
- 400g floury potatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp semolina
- Härdöpfel spice
- SchtiekHuusPfäffer
- Nutmeg
Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pan until soft, let them cool, peel them and press them through the potato press or, alternatively, puree them with the blender. Add the remaining ingredients, season with the spices and mix into a soft dough.
In a pan, let the water get hot, but not boiling! On a work surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough with your hands and cut into even pieces and shape into gnocchi. The grooves are pressed in with a fork.
Now simmer the gnocchi in salted water, drain and serve.
If the gnocchi fall apart when you try it, simply knead some semolina or flour into the dough.
