Ingredients:

- 500g minced meat, mixed
-1 onion
- fresh herbs
- 1 egg
- Härdöpfel spice
- GüggeliGwürz
- SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
- Fried butter

Put the minced meat in a bowl, finely chop the onion and herbs and add them too. Mix everything with the egg and season with Stedy season.

When everything is well kneaded, form approx. 8 patties and fry them in butter on both sides.
