Ingredients:
– 1 onion
– ½ bunch of parsley
– ½ bunch of basil
– 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1.5 tbsp mayo
– 1.25 tsp mustard
– 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
Chop the onion finely, wash the herbs, dry them and also chop them finely.
Mix together with the vinegar, mayo and mustard until a smooth mixture is formed.
Then stir in the oil very slowly until a creamy sauce is formed.
Season with the spices and serve with the salad.
