Ingredients:
– 400g croissants
– 6 pork sausages
– 200g grated Gréyerzer cheese
– 4dl half cream
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Raclette/ fondue spices
Cut the sausages into slices, approx. 1.5cm wide and cook the noodles as usual.
Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the cheese, spices and cream.
Place the pasta mixture in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25-30 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil.
