Ingredients:
– 2.5 kg tomatoes, diced
– 6 onions, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
– 6 dl fruit vinegar
– 2.5 tsp Härdöpfel spice
– Tomato spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Sauté the tomatoes, onions, garlic and the Härdöpfel spice for around 20 minutes.
Add the fruit vinegar, bring to the boil and let it simmer a little.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, season and puree everything until fine.
Let cool and enjoy.
