Ingredients:
– 300g lentils
– 1 lemon
– 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
– 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– some fresh ginger if necessary
Cook the lentils in boiling water as written on the package instructions, then drain.
For the sauce, mix all the other ingredients together and season with the spices.
Then mix the sauce with the lentils and serve or cool a little in the fridge.
If necessary, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots or peppers can also be added.
