Ingredients:

– 120g Parmesan, finely grated
– 150g white flour
– 1 tsp Härdöpfel spice
– 70g butter at room temperature
– 70g full cream
– ½ tsp cheese spice

Process all the ingredients, except the cheese spice, into a nice mixture.
Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper until it is approximately 1cm thick and use a pizza roller to cut it into equal-sized squares, approximately 3x3cm in size.

Finally, sprinkle with the cheese spice and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
Be careful, the crackers taste a bit crumbly due to the cheese spice and parmesan.
