Ingredients:

– 500g white flour
– 2 tsp salt
– ½ cube of yeast
– 3 – 3.5dl water
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp pizza/pasta seasoning

Mix the flour, salt and pizza/pasta seasoning well in a bowl.
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add it to the flour along with the oil.
Now shape the dough into a soft ball.
Now let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours.

Then use for rolls, pizza and baguettes.
