Ingredients:
– 300g croissants
– 150g bacon cubes
– freeze-dried chives
– freeze-dried onions
– a little grated cheese
– 5 eggs
– 4dl milk
– 3dl cream
– Härdöpfel spice
– GüggeliGwürz
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain the water and let it drain. Prepare an ovenproof dish.
Mix the pasta, bacon cubes, herbs and cheese well in a bowl and add to the casserole dish.
For the icing, mix all the ingredients together, season with the spices and pour directly over the pasta in the baking pan.
Bake the casserole at 190 degrees for about 50 minutes.
